中国邮箱网讯 7月24日消息 怎样才是正确的英文礼仪?怎么样说才不会错又彰显自己有礼貌?今天分享一些常用的英语邮件用语,从一开始就与众不同。

邮件开头

1. Thank you for contacting us/ Thank you for reaching out to us.

如果有人写信来询问你们酒店的设施或房间,就可以使用这句句子开头。向他们对酒店有兴趣表示感谢。

2. Thank you for your prompt reply/Thank you for your quick response.

当一个客户或是同事很快就回复了你的邮件,一定记得要感谢他们。如果回复并不及时,只要将“prompt/quick”除去即可,你还可以说,“Thank you for getting back to me.”

3. Thank you for providing the requested information/Thank you for your information / updates.

如果你询问某人一些信息,他们花了点时间才发送给你,那就用这句句子表示你仍然对他们的付出表示感激。

4. Thank you for all your assistance.

如果有人给了你特别的帮助,那一定要感谢他们!如果你想对他们表示特别的感激,就用这个句子,“I truly appreciate … your help in resolving the problem.”

5. Thank you raising your concerns.

就算某个客户或是经理写邮件给你对你的工作提出了一定的质疑,你还是要感谢他们。这样你能表现出你对他们的认真态度表示尊重及感激。同时,你也可以使用,“Thank you for your feedback.”

邮件结尾

在邮件开头表示感谢一般是表示对对方过去所付出的表示感谢,而在邮件结尾处表示感谢是对将来的帮助表示感谢。事先表示感谢,能让对方在之后的帮忙中更主动更乐意。

1. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

如果你需要读信的人帮助你做某事,那就得事先表示感谢。

2. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

与上述的类似,本句表示了你对对方将来可能提供的帮助表示感谢。

3. Thank you for your understanding.

如果你信中包含任何会对读信的人产生负面影响的内容,那就使用这句句子吧。

4. Thank you for your consideration.

如果你是在寻求机会或是一个好处时,例如说你在求职,就用这句话作结尾。

5. Thank you again for everything you’ve done

这句句子可以用在结尾,但和上述的有所不同。如果你在邮件开头已经谢过了读信的人,你就可以使用这句话,表示的是:因为他们对你的巨大帮助,你想要再次感谢他们的付出。

I use this when I want a note of formality.

想要正式的写结尾时用这个。

5.Regards

Fine, anodyne, helpfully brief. I use this.

不错,稳重,简短。

OK, if you're sending it from your phone.

如果是用手机发邮件的话,这个OK。

7.Warm Regards

I like this for a personal email to someone you don't know very well, or a business email that is meant as a thank-you.

在给不是很了解的人发私人邮件时可以用这个,或在商业邮件里表达谢意。

8.See you around

this seems fine .

这个挺好。

9.Warmest Regards

As good as Warm Regards, with a touch of added heat.

跟Warm Regards一样好,且更增添了一丝温暖。

10.Warmly

This is a nice riff on the "warm" theme that can safely be used among colleagues.

这是一个关于 “warm” 主题很好的结尾,在同事之间使用很安全。

11.Take care

In the right instances, especially for personal emails, this works.

在适合的情况下,尤其是私人邮件,这个很有用。

12.Thanks!

In the right context, it can be fine.

在合适的语境中,它也适用。

13.Thank you!

This doesn't have the same grating quality as "Thanks!" The added "you" softens it.3

这个不会像“Thanks”那么让人不悦,“You” 缓和了语气。

14.Many thanks

I use this a lot, when I genuinely appreciate the effort the recipient has udertaken.

当你由衷感谢收件人所付出的努力时,可以用这个。

15.Thx

I predict this will gain in popularity as our emails become more like texts.

16.Hope this helps

I like this in an email where you are trying to help the recipient.

17.Looking forward

I use this too. I think it's gracious and warm, and shows you are eager to meet with the recipient.

18.Rushing

This works when you really are rushing. It expresses humility and regard for the recipient.

19.In haste

Also good when you don't have time to proofread.

20.Be well

Some people find this grating. Not appropriate for a business email.

21.Sincerely

Maybe OK for some formal business correspondence, like from the lawyer .

也许对于某些正式的商业通信是OK的,例如来自律师信函。

22.Sincerely Yours

Same problem as "Sincerely," but hokier.

跟“Sincerely”问题一样。

23.Your name

Terse but just fine in many circumstances. Probably not a good idea for an initial email.

虽然简洁,但是在很多情况下都适用。可能用在最开始的邮件中用不是很好。

24.Initial

Good if you know the recipient and even fine in a business context if it's someone with whom you correspond frequently.

如果你认识收件人,这样用很好;如果你经常和他通信,那么这个在商业邮件中也很适用。

25.Love

This seems too informal, like over-sharing in the business context.

这个看起来太不正式,在商业邮件中就像过度分享。
